The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 4105—A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §18A-4-23, relating to candidates for professional employee positions involving supervision of a county transportation department; making any service employee who is certified as a Director or Supervisor of Pupil Transportation by the National Association for Pupil Transportation Certification an eligible candidate for professional employee positions involving supervision of a county transportation department; and allowing county boards to consider such candidates for professional positions involving supervision of a county transportation department.
